Each year six million sheets of paper are used to produce our Annual Report which is posted to our shareholders. You can help us to reduce our impact on the environment and save paper by choosing to receive shareholder documents electronically by joining our eCommunications Programme.
We will send you an email to let you know documents such as the Annual Report or our AGM notice of meeting are available on our website. You will also be able to lodge your proxy appointment securely over the internet.
As a thank you for helping us, we will donate £2 on your behalf to our nominated environmental charity.
HOW TO REGISTER OR UPDATE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
Register for eCommunications now. If you have already registered, you can update your email address. You will need your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN)'/Investor Code (IVC) to hand which is printed at the top of your dividend tax voucher. You will receive a confirmation email enabling you to complete the process.
